Victor K. Neuman, also known as Vic the Veep, is a minor character in the Dynamite series The Boys.
History[]
Victor K. Neuman was once the CEO of Vought-American as his ancestor Henry K. Neuman was once.
Later on he became the Vice President Elect of the United States. After President Robert "Dakota Bob" Shaefer was killed in a wolverine-related accident caused by Vic, the latter was sworn in as President of the United States.
