The Boys are only on Prime Video. Season 4 starts on June 13.

The Boys is an irreverent take on the superhero genre. It explores what happens when superheroes abuse their powers instead of using them for good. These mighty beings — who are popular as celebrities, as influential as politicians, and as revered as gods — find themselves hunted by a non-powered group of vigilantes.

A CIA black-ops team, their job is to police, monitor and potentially stop The Seven, a group of vainglorious superheroes. They were founded by Billy Butcher, their current leader.

This band of brothers is out to expose the corruption they believe the Seven represent. Although they may not have superpowers, they do have a lot of "blue-collar grit and [a] willingness to fight dirty."

The Boys returns for a second season on September 4 — only on Amazon Prime

The Boys is an Amazon Original series returning to Prime Video for a second run on September 4, 2020.

An irreverent take on the superhero genre, it explores what happens when superheroes abuse their powers instead of using them for good. These mighty beings — who are popular as celebrities, as influential as politicians, and as revered as gods — find themselves hunted by a non-powered group of vigilantes.

Starring Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Dominique McElligott, Jessie T. The Boys

The Boys are vigilantes.

You can probably expect, then, that this version of the story will retain a lot of Garth Ennis' voice from the original comic book — with the Boys themselves right at the front of all the raunchy fun!

In The Boys Presents: Diabolical is an animated anthology which expands the irreverance of the main series. Each episode is a bit shorter than its live-action counterpart, and each episode is produced in a different animated style.

The Seven

The Seven are a group of superheroes owned and managed by Vought International. They consist of seven superheroes who use their power principally for fame and glory. They stand in opposition to the Boys.
