Termite is a minor antagonist of the Amazon series The Boys. He is a Supe with the power to shrink down in size.
Background[]
Shortly after Termite's birth, his parents accepted Vought's offer to inject him with Compound V, subsequently transforming him into a Supe and granting him superhuman powers and abilities.
During his time with Vought, Termite performed as an actor in several romantic comedies and drama films including Big Crazy Love, Big Crazy Love 2, Big Heart, Pocket Romance, Little Hero, and Smallest Heart. With his wealth, Termite would often throw huge parties with Bryan Singer in Hollywood Hills, California. During this time, he eventually met and fell in love with Peter.

"The Name of the Game"[]
In the Secret Lair, an exclusive nightclub for Supes, Termite is seen running into a woman's vagina as Hughie Campbell and Billy Butcher walk through the club.
Seven on 7 with Cameron Coleman[]
During the January airing of Seven on 7, Cameron Coleman announces Termite's new movie, Pocket Romance which is available at Vought+.
The Boys: Season 3[]
"Payback"[]
At a party, to entertain the crowd, Termite shrinks to have sex with a plastic doll, while the crowd watched. Later at the same party, he went into the back room with his love interest, Peter to snort cocaine. He got naked and shrank down while Peter pulled down his pants revealing his penis. Termite then hopped inside Peter's penis to sensitize it and pleasure him. However, when inside, he sneezed and unintentionally blew up Peter, much to his distress.
Frenchie then ran into the room and saw what happened, believing that Termite murdered Peter intentionally. Termite told him he couldn't leave and attacked him before he could leave. He shrunk and jumped into Frenchie’s pants by his buttocks. The Female then came in and managed to grab him before he bit her hand. Finally, Billy Butcher catches him, in miniature form, in a bag of cocaine and shakes it. Butcher then pours Termite out as the supe begins to overdose. Reluctantly, Butcher lets him live and tells Frenchie to call the Federal Bureau of Superhuman Affairs.
After that, Termite is sent to a Global Wellness Center for rehabilitation.
"Herogasm"[]
Mother's Milk and Starlight come across him at Herogasm, where he is seen coming out of a woman's vagina covered in vaginal fluid. He is later caught in an explosion caused by Soldier Boy, leaving him powerless and burned, which prevents him from returning to his original size. He was calling out for help, when Homelander arrives and steps on him, killing him instantly.
Legacy[]
Termite's death was believed to have been an overdose. In February 2023, Temite's latest film, Pocket Romance, was rereleased for streaming on Vought+ once more in celebration of his legacy. Later on, the rest of his movies would later be available to watch on the streaming service.
Personality[]
Like most "heroes", Termite is very irresponsible with the usage of his super powers (such shrinking to perform idiotic stunts and risky sex acts) and psychopathic to some degree, as he was willing to kill Frenchie and Kimiko purely for discovering his manslaughter. However he was devastated when he bisected Peter, but he evidently did not learn his lesson as during Herogasm he is seen emerging from someone's private parts, despite the inherent danger the act entails. He is also a hedonist and bisexual.
Powers and Abilities[]
Former Powers[]
- Size Reduction: Termite was able to manipulate his bodily size. He can make himself smaller and return to his original size at will and within a very short period of time. He can shrink himself to the size of a doll and even make himself so small that he can enter a man's penis. Similar to Hughie Campbell, Termite was restricted to the organic matter which made up his own body and was therefore unable to manipulate the size of his clothing, which would often leave him naked. While shrunken, Termite's terminal velocity was quite low, allowing him to survive fatal heights. Additionally, he's able to leap incredibly far.
- Superhuman Strength: Termite possesses superhuman strength, which makes him stronger than humans and some Supes. He flings Frenchie and Kimiko Miyashiro with extreme ease. Additionally, Termite's physical strength remains constant regardless of his bodily size.
- Superhuman Durability: Termite possesses superhuman durability, making him more durable than humans and some Supes. After unintentionally reverting back to his original size, Termite rips Peter in half but remains completely uninjured.
- Superhuman Hearing: Like all Supes, Termite has better hearing beyond that of humans. He is able to hear certain frequencies that humans cannot.[1]

Biological[]
- Power Loss: After being struck by Soldier Boy's radioactive blast, the Compound V in Termite's blood was fully vaporized, reverting him back into a human. As a result, he was left permanently shrunken and extremely vulnerable to damage. Shortly after, Homelander crushes Termite to death.
- Brute Force/Limited Durability: Despite being more durable than humans, Termite can still be stunned, knocked unconscious, and killed by extreme force.
- Proportional Potency: While Termite is shrunken, hazardous substances have an increased potency and lethality. Butcher catches Termite in a small bag of cocaine, causing him to immediately overdose. Victoria Neuman refers to the amount as a "John Belushi amount," indicating it to a substantial quantity.
- High Frequencies: Due to being a Supe, Termite is able to hear certain frequencies that humans cannot. When a specific frequency is played, it can induce immense pain and temporarily neutralize him.
Psychological[]
- Drug Addiction: Termite is addicted to cocaine. Usage of the substance causes him to lose control of his powers. When shrunk, Termite is more likely to overdose; even a modest amount of cocaine can become lethal in comparison to his stature.

- Termite is a parody of Marvel's Ant-Man.
- Termite accidentally killing a man by expanding inside of him and attempting to crawl into Frenchie's anus to do the same thing to him are a homage to a popular Marvel meme, where MCU fans theorized Ant-Man would do this to Thanos in the 2019 film Avengers: Endgame. According to series showrunner Eric Kripke in an interview with Variety, he credits script writer Craig Rosenberg for the idea during a writer's room meeting.
- In The Boys spin-off series, Gen V, Termite's movie posters can be seen in Emma Meyer's dorm room, a Supe with self-size alteration abilities.
