Steve was born in the early 2000s, and shortly after his birth, his parents accepted Vought's offer to inject him with Compound V, subsequently transforming him into a Supe and granting him superhuman powers and abilities.
Steve's main ability is his cryokinetic breath, which allows him to generate and manipulate ice from his body by exhaling through his mouth. He is able to shape the exhalation of the effect into bursts, streams, and even a mist.
Ice/Cold Immunity: Steve displays an apparent invulnerability to cold temperature and ice, especially the ice he generates himself.
Superhuman Hearing: Steve possesses superhuman hearing, allowing him to hear better than humans. Like all Supes, he can hear higher frequencies that humans cannot.[1]

High Frequencies: Due to being a Supe, Steve is susceptible to high frequencies. When a high frequency is playing, it can induce immense pain and temporarily neutralize him.
