Rachel Saunders is the sister of Becca Butcher and the sister-in-law of Billy Butcher. After Becca went missing for 8 years, she lost the hope that Becca could be still alive. She and her mother bought a gravestone just to talk to the "presumed deceased" Becca, much to Butcher's disapproval.
