Picante Balls resided at the Red River Assisted Living for the Gifted Child where he can melt things with his testicles which are covered by a heat-proof undergarment when not in use. In "An Animated Short Where Pissed-Off Supes Kill Their Parents", Picante Balls assisted Ghost in her campaign to take revenge on their parents. Picante Balls ambushed his dad's dinner with two girls and used his hot testicles on his neck. Before being killed by Homelander, Picante Balls hugged Flashback.
