Payback is the name of a superhero group. It is the predecessor for "the avenging squad". It is also the second strongest superhero team, other than The Seven.

- In season 1 and 2, Tek Knight, Crimson Countess, & Soldier Boy has been mentioned throughout the series, but they have yet to make an appearance.
- In season 2, Stormfront is a new addition to The Seven, and has been gender swapped for Homelander's arc.
- She is also the first member of Payback to appear on screen.
- Soldier Boy will appear in Season 3, portrayed by Jensen Ackles.
