Kingdom is a man dressed as a punk whose superpower is to turn into an animal...body and mind. He lives in the Red River Assisted Living for the Gifted Child where parents dump their kids with "shit powers". In An Animated Short Where Pissed-Off Supes Kill Their Parents, Fang bumped into him and he turns into a gorilla in an attempt to attack her only for his mind to turn into a gorilla as well. During Ghost's campaign, Kingdom tries to turn into a snake to constrict Denis only for his mind to turn into a snake causing Human Tongue to do the job. Kingdom kills his dads by soaking them in blood and turning into a great white shark. He was present when Flashback reveals Boobie Face's past with his mother. Kingdom was later killed by Homelander..

- Shapeshifting: After being injected with Compound V, Kingdom was granted the ability to morph into any animal he desires, though he also transforms into the mind of an animal, giving him little control over his powers. However, Kingdom can control his animal powers with the right instinct, such as when he poured blood on his parents and morphed into a great white shark whilst mauling them to death.

- He is a parody of Beast Boy, a regular member of both Doom Patrol and the Teen Titans, from DC Comics.
- He may also be inspired by the Earth-1 version of Garfield Logan, as both Kingdom and Logan were raised by a same sex couple.
