Human Tongue is a character in the animated anthology series, The Boys Presents: Diabolical. She appears in the episode An Animated Short Where Pissed-Off Supes Kill Their Parents.

Human Tongue has the appearance of a tongue. When living at the Red River Assisted Living for the Gifted Child, Human Tongue befriended Big. During Ghost's campaign of revenge on the parents, Human Tongue constricted Denis while Papers used his paper-controlling ability to find the addresses of the parents. Big assisted Human Tongue in breaking into the house of Human Tongue's parents where Human Tongue constricted them to death. She later gave Big a high five when he killed his parents in their car. Human Tongue constricted Ghost's dad so that she and Mo-Slo can kill him. Homelander then arrived and killed most of the Supes.
