Harper was born in the early 2000s, and shortly after her birth, her parents accepted Vought's offer to inject her with Compound V, subsequently transforming her into a Supe and granting her superhuman powers and abilities.
In 2023, as a young adult, Harper decided to pursue her career as an influencer, furthering her education by enrolling at Godolkin University and majoring in performing arts at the Crimson Countess School of Performing Arts. As a freshman, she became roommates with Justine Garcia, becoming close friends with her.
Outside Godolkin University, Harper approaches Marie to ask if she and Olivia can take a picture with her. Marie tells them to wait, and they agree, getting ready to take the photo while Marie and Andre talk. Suddenly, Marie abruptly walks away, infuriating Harper, who hits her friend with her tail and calls her a bitch for not taking the photo while they had the chance.
At Godolkin Theater, Harper attends Adam Bourke's lecture on acting, where he assigns them all to pick a partner for a project. Once the lecture is over, she partners with Liam and leaves.
While lying on the couch in her dorm room, Harper is urged to put her tail in her mouth. Justine informs her that they're doing this to get views on her YouTube channel. Emma walks in and yells at Justine for revealing her secret about her powers before anything more can happen.
In the courtyard, Justine goes up to Emma and apologizes profusely for revealing how her powers work and distorting the truth about them. Emma turns to see Harper cynically smirking and recording the two, revealing the apology to be for views and a ruse.
Outside Godolkin Town Hall, Harper records Justine. Jordan approaches and punches Justine, breaking her jaw, which sparks a massive fight among several students and creates a distraction for Marie. Harper records the brawl on her phone, narrating to her viewers about Jordan attacking their kind before they blast away her phone.
Harper and Justine go live on Instagram to tell their viewers that Godolkin University is on lockdown, which has trapped them in their dorm room. An alarm then goes off, emitting a high-frequency noise that stuns Supes all over the campus.
Shortly after, the alarm is destroyed, and Justine tries to connect to the WiFi but fails, causing her to panic and yell at Harper, who watches in horror as Justine wonders who's going to know if they die.
Harper possesses a prehensile tail that she can fully control, allowing her to hit others and pick up objects.
Superhuman Hearing: Harper possesses superhuman hearing, allowing her to hear better than humans. Like all Supes, she can hear higher frequencies that humans cannot.[1]

Brute Force/Limited Durability: Despite being more durable than humans, Harper can still be stunned, knocked unconscious, and killed by extreme force.
High Frequencies: Due to being a Supe, Harper is susceptible to high frequencies. When a high frequency is playing, it can induce immense pain and temporarily neutralize her. During a massacre at Godolkin University, Harper is momentarily neutralized through the use of a high-frequency alarm.
