Hailey Miller is a recurring character in the Amazon series The Boys and a minor character of its spin-off, Gen V. She is played by Leigh Bush.
She is the host of One on One with Hailey Miller and Voices on Voughtify.

Hailey Miler welcomes Homelander and Victoria Neuman to her show to talk about the supervillain who destroyed part of Manhattan. When she asks Victoria what she has to say to the Americans to reassure them, Homelander gets angry with her, reminding her that there isn't any problems and accuses Hailey of wanting to manipulate the Americans. He then leaves the show and Hailey announces the rest of the program after the commercial. When the cameras cut, Ashley Barrett begins to insult her as Hailey leaves the scene.
Following the separation of The Deep and Cassandra Schwartz, she had the latter on her show to talk about her upcoming book and her relationship with the Supe.

Before the interview with Marie Moreau, Hailey Miller introduces herself to her and tells her that they found her sister Annabeth Moreau who refused to participate on the show. Hailey informs her that her sister doesn't want to be associated with her. They then do their television interview which Marie does well in, taking in all the glory.
