Uh, for me, my aha moment came with a hostage situation at Kroger. Multiple shooters. I showed up, I'm letting arrows fly, my aim is perfect. But... there's only so many arrows a quiver can hold. I just ran out. And then, we lost a lot of good people that day. Then you start to question like, fucking arrows against TEC-9s? But I came to see that archery isn't irrelevant, it's timeless. It's a pure and ancient art. Carol helped me see that.
―Eagle the Archer to The Deep[src]

Eagle the Archer is a supporting character in Season 2 of the Amazon series The Boys.

The Boys Series[]

Comics[]

The first Eagle the Archer was part of the Avenging Squad and participated in World War II. He and his team helped Greg Mallory's brigade in the fight against the Nazis. One day, they fell into a Nazi ambush where the rest of the Avenging Squad were shot by them. Eagle flew into the air but was accidentally shredded by a friendly plane, and its remains fell to the ground, where the German tank crushed them. The second Eagle the Archer was a member of Payback and was unseen. Despite this, Eagle the Archer appeared on the cover of the Payback comic book which was shown to Hughie. When Butcher talks to Tek Knight, he tells him that Eagle "got coked off his tits" and that he had beaten up his girlfriend putting her into a coma. Butcher blackmailed him by not disclosing it in exchange for information about his other teammates. Eagle The Archer was never mentioned afterwards.

Season Two[]

In The Boys, Eagle the Archer is first seen when he finds and saves The Deep. He introduces him to a woman named Carol and together they introduce The Deep to the Church of the Collective, where they help The Deep find himself and sort out his personal issues. In return for completing the process, they promise Deep he'll earn his place back in The Seven.

Eagle later leaves the Church after refusing to isolate his mother from his life and realizing they didn't help his career. In response, the Church denounces and publicly smears him by leaking his sex tape. They also forbid any of their members from associating with him.

Seven on 7 with Cameron Coleman[]

Following the scandal involving Cameron's sidekick, it was reported that Eagle was apparently trying to make a rebrand by starting a rap career. His new album Bullseye Beats was announced to be coming from Vought Records. The album's single "Bow and Quiver" was announced to be currently available through Voughtify.

Season Three[]

According to The Deep, Eagle's career as a rapper is not going very well.

Personality[]

Unlike most Supes, Eagle the Archer is a very nice, positive person, who seems eager to help those around him.

He does however become resentful towards the Church of the Collective after refusing to continue with the program, which would've required him to excommunicate and shun his mother. Eagle refused and openly spoke out against the Church and their program, despite the Church's attempts to silence and discredit him.
