Cleo is a minor character in Season 1 of the Amazon series The Boys. She is Mesmer's estranged daughter. Due to being the daughter of a Supe, she may have powers, but she has not shown any.

Growing up, Cleo expressed a distant relationship with her father, Mesmer, due to a lack of involvement he had in her life from being a celebrity. She was eventually placed in foster care due to her father's conviction for insider trading and frequent drug use. Cleo spent the next three years having no contact with her father and has no real memory of him, only referring to him as Charles.
Mesmer himself expressed concerned love towards his daughter, as shown when he was willing to make the scheduled visitation times in exchange for a reading session with Kimiko Miyashiro. Despite this, Cleo did not want to see him, which Mesmer was able to sense.
