Chelsea was going to kill herself by jumping off a roof when Homelander flew up to convince her to come down safely. After seeing on a jumbotron news of his girlfriend's suicide, however, Homelander changed his mind and told Chelsea to jump. Chelsea, who had started to change her mind, said she didn't want to, and Homelander forced her to jump by lighting his eyes up red, preparing them to laser her and making her back up off the roof.
