The Association of Collateral Damage Survivors is an emotional support organization with group meetings throughout the United States and around the world. Its purpose is to offer emotional support to those who've been directly or indirectly harmed by superheroes while carrying out their duties.

The Boys: Season One[]
The association appears in The Innocents when Billy brings Hughie to a meeting in a hope to remind Hughie their combat against Supes. To Hughie's surprise, Billy becomes more arrogant, breaking the rules of revealing names and speaking without permission. When the therapist forces Billy to speak, the latter taunts the other attendees, insulting them for their lack of fury towards the supes who have hurt them, before angrily leaving with Hughie.
