Ambrosius is a supporting character in the Amazon series The Boys. She was The Deep's lover.
Biography[]
Season Three[]
Ambrosius lived in an aquarium inside the home of the TNT Twins.
The Deep visited the home of the Twins, and ends up participating the 70th annual Herogasm. The Deep finds the aquarium where Ambrosius resides and grows sexually aroused by the mollusk. The Deep engaged in oral sex with the octopus, which Starlight catches in the act. She proceeds to take photos of him and threatens him to send them to Homelander if he doesn't tell her why he's here.
Following the destruction of the TNT Twins home by Soldier Boy, The Deep escapes the house along with Ambrosius in a plastic bag with water.
The Deep surprises Cassandra in bed and tells her that their sex life is vanilla and it’s time they branch out. He suggests introducing a new partner to spice things up. He introduces her to Ambrosius, but she tells him she doesn’t want to. He tells her he needs this so they have sex altogether, but Cassandra tells him she’s done and can’t do this. She confronts him about having sex with Ambrosius behind his back. She tells him to see how he does without her and leaves.

Ambrosius continues to associate with The Deep, though their physical relations have all-but stopped due to Deep's being outted as a zoophile. The Deep keeps her in his quarters in a hidden tank, but his depressed mood means he fails to clean the tank properly. He also refuses to open up to the mollusk, despite her concern for him. Eventually, the Deep goes on to have a sexual affair with Sister Sage which Deep works to grow the affair into a relationship. Ambrosius reveals her awareness for the affair, and while trying to forgive him, tells the Deep his lack of confidence and Sage's manipulation, causing the latter to break the aquarium and closing the door behind her, leaving her dead from asphyxiation.
